General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bbkk platform and all services under it. By accessing the bbkk.cam website or using any service, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the bbkk platform.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali, however in the event of any dispute the Bengali version shall take precedence. bbkk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the version published on the website after any such change shall be considered the effective version.

• "Platform" refers to the bbkk.cam website and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses the platform or is a registered member.
• "Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.

Account Registration

To create an account on the bbkk platform you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

• The name, date of birth and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Withdrawals may be limited until the required identity verification (KYC) process is completed.
• If you need to update your account information, please contact the support team.

Age and Eligibility

The bbkk platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Proof of age (such as a national ID card or passport) may be requested at the time of registration.

If any user registers with a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited. We urge parents and guardians to prevent minors in your household from accessing this platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bbkk currently provides deposit and withdrawal services via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are secure and processed through SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only after account verification is complete.
• The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• bbkk may request additional verification in the case of unusual transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

bbkk offers various bonuses and promotions which are provided subject to specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x wagering).

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• If a withdrawal is made before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• bbkk reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

5.2 VIP Program Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier. Bronze tier receives 0.2%, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, Platinum 0.8% and Diamond tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on the bbkk platform are operated in a secure and fair manner. Users are required to follow the rules below.

• Each game has its own rules which can be viewed when the game loads.
• Once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled, unless a system error occurs.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bbkk reserves the right to void that round.
• In sports betting, settlements are made only after the official announcement of the match result.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• A bet cannot be placed if there is insufficient balance in the account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbkk platform. Accounts found in violation of these rules will be closed immediately and associated funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through artificial means.
• Use of automated software, bots or any hacking tools.
• Threatening, harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Stealing another user's information or logging in through fraudulent means.

Account Suspension

bbkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If evidence of false or incorrect information provided during registration is found.
• In accordance with legal or regulatory requirements.
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

To appeal an account closure decision, please contact the support team. Valid complaints will be reviewed and the decision may be reconsidered.

Privacy and Data Protection

bbkk places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep your information secure using SSL encryption technology. Your personal information is not sold or rented to third parties.

• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
• If account information falls into the hands of a third party.

In the event of any dispute, bbkk's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction involved in that incident.
