bbkk's commitment to responsible gaming
bbkk believes entertainment should be enjoyable — never harmful. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines keep you safe within your limits.
Our commitment
bbkk, as one of Bangladesh's trusted online casino and betting platforms, places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want every player to enjoy themselves while ensuring their own protection. Gambling is a form of entertainment — but if it goes out of control, it can cause mental, financial and family harm.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of your budget and time limits, never treating gambling as a source of income, and seeking help when needed. bbkk provides a number of effective tools to support you on this journey.
This platform is designed exclusively for those aged 21 and above. bbkk strictly prohibits participation by minors and maintains an age verification process.
Protection tools
bbkk offers these features to keep your gaming experience safe
Deposit limits
Set a limit on how much you deposit per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling period. This is the most effective safeguard against overspending.
Time-out break
If you need a short rest, take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets on your account. This break is very effective for calming yourself and gaining a fresh perspective.
Self-exclusion
If you feel gambling is having a negative impact on your life, exclude yourself for the long term. Self-exclusion can apply for 6 months or permanently. During exclusion, bbkk will not send you any promotional messages.
Session time limit
Track how long you spend on each gaming session. After a set amount of time, a reminder will appear on screen. This feature keeps you aware of how you are spending your time and helps you avoid spending too long on the platform.
Age verification (21+)
bbkk strictly prohibits registration and play by anyone under 21. Age verification must be completed when creating an account. If a minor attempts to access the platform, the account is closed immediately.
24/7 support service
If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, contact our Bengali-language live chat support team. We are available around the clock on Bangladesh Standard Time. Your privacy will be fully protected.
Signs of a problem
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to seek help:
- Repeatedly placing bets to chase money you have lost
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends
- Cutting essential expenses or taking on debt to gamble
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gambling
- Spending more than your set budget and being unable to stop
- Neglecting work, studies or family responsibilities
- Turning to gambling to relieve stress or sadness
Tips for safe gaming
Responsible players follow these habits:
- Set a fixed budget before you play and stick to it
- See gambling as entertainment, not a source of income
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
- Avoid betting while drinking or under mental stress
- Never use money set aside for your family on bets
- Use deposit limits and session timers
- If needed, let someone you trust know and seek help
Financial limits and transactions
The following limits apply to transactions on bbkk. These limits are an important part of responsible gaming.
| Transaction type | Minimum amount | Method | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit (minimum) | ৳300 | bKash, Nagad, Rocket | Instant |
| Withdrawal (minimum) | ৳800 | bKash, Nagad, Rocket | 15 minutes – 2 hours |
| Deposit limit (custom) | You decide | Account settings | Takes effect immediately |
Important notice
Gambling always carries some financial risk. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. The 24-hour waiting rule before increasing a deposit limit is there for your protection — it prevents impulsive overspending.
How self-exclusion works
Self-exclusion is a step where you voluntarily stop yourself from accessing the bbkk platform. It is an important tool when you recognise that gambling is causing problems in your life.
To activate self-exclusion, contact our live chat support or send an email directly to [email protected]. Once we receive your request, we will act promptly.
Short-term
Exclude yourself for 6 months. Account login will be completely disabled during this period.
Long-term
Choose an exclusion of 1 to 5 years. There is an option to reconsider once the period ends.
Permanent exclusion
Close your account permanently. This decision is irreversible and cannot be reconsidered in the future.
During exclusion, bbkk will not send you any promotional emails, bonus offers or reminders. Any balance remaining in your account will be kept safe and can be claimed after the exclusion ends.
Protection for minors
bbkk is strictly a platform for those aged 21 and above. We firmly believe it is essential to keep children and teenagers away from gambling.
If there are children or teenagers in your home and you use an online casino in your browser, please take the following precautions:
- Always log out after each session and keep your password secure
- Avoid saving passwords in your browser
- Use parental control software on devices accessible to children
- Have age-appropriate conversations about gambling and make them aware of the risks
- If you have concerns, let the support team know — we will act as quickly as possible
